1. Who We Are
CyberReadiness.AI ("CyberReadiness," "the Service") is operated by WizAgents AI LLC ("WizAgents," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Wyoming, USA. We built CyberReadiness to give businesses a free, AI-guided assessment of how ready they are for the cyber insurance application process.

2. Information We Collect
(a) Registration Information
When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, business email address, and business website URL. We use a one-time code sent to your email to verify your identity — we do not store passwords.
(b) Assessment Responses
The assessment asks you to self-report your business's security controls, practices, policies, technology environment, and history of past security incidents and insurance claims. We recognize this is sensitive business information. We treat it accordingly — it is stored securely, accessible only to authorized personnel, and not shared with any third party unless you explicitly choose to request quotes or remediation assistance (see Section 3).
(c) Automated Website Review
With your consent at account creation, CyberReadiness performs an automated review of your business's publicly accessible website. This is used solely to pre-populate certain assessment fields (for example, identifying technologies in use) and to calculate portions of your readiness score. We do not crawl private or authenticated areas of your site.
(d) Automatically Collected Technical Data
We automatically collect standard technical information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security, debugging, and understanding aggregate usage patterns. We use session cookies to keep you authenticated between page loads — see Section 8 for more on cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Service. We use your registration data and assessment responses to generate your CyberReadiness Score — two components: Cyber Posture and Insurance Readiness — and to display your gap analysis and recommendations.
- To communicate with you. We may send you transactional emails related to your account (OTP codes, assessment resume links) and, if you opt in, informational content about cyber readiness.
- To improve the Service. We analyze aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve our assessment questions, scoring model, and user experience. Individual assessment responses are not used for this purpose in identifiable form.
- To fulfill explicit user requests. If and only if you choose to submit your assessment for insurance quotes or remediation assistance, we will share your assessment details with the relevant third parties on your behalf to fulfill that request. This sharing is always initiated by an affirmative action on your part — it does not happen automatically.
- Optional AI Usage check. If you select this module, your answers and score are stored with your assessment. Choosing the AI Usage & Security Check records that click and opens WizAgents AI LLC's site; nothing from your assessment is sent unless you request it there.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your assessment responses or personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Report delivery to our team. When you complete this assessment, we email your PDF report to the login email address you verified. We also send a copy of the same report — including your answers, scores, and business details — to the CyberReadiness.AI team at WizAgents AI LLC so we can review results and provide assessment support. The team receives a copy again if you ask us to email the report to you. We do not send your report to an insurance or remediation partner unless you separately request that service and see its disclosure.
- On your explicit request. If you choose to request insurance quotes or remediation assistance, your assessment details are shared with the applicable partners solely to service that request. BlackFire Cyber Insurance is affiliated with the founders of CyberReadiness.AI. BlackFire Cybersecurity is affiliated with the founders of CyberReadiness.AI.
- Service providers acting as processors. We use third-party providers for cloud hosting, email delivery, and AI processing to operate the Service. These providers process your data only on our instructions and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
- Legal obligations. We may disclose information if required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WizAgents, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS), access controls limiting who can view assessment data, and secure session management. Assessment responses are stored in an encrypted database with restricted access.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take your security seriously and work diligently to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and assessment data for as long as your account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide the Service. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.

7. Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations).
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
- Portability — receive a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
GDPR (EEA/UK users): If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the rights described above under the General Data Protection Regulation. Our legal basis for processing is your consent (given at registration and when authorizing website review) and the performance of our contract with you to provide the Service.
CCPA (California residents): California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal data), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

8. Cookies
CyberReadiness uses a single, strictly necessary session cookie to keep you authenticated while you use the Service. This cookie is set when you log in and expires when your session ends or you log out. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from staying logged in and using the assessment.
9. Children's Privacy
CyberReadiness is designed for use by businesses and their authorized representatives, and is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at hello@cyberreadiness.ai and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
